aQity Research Celebrates Three Great Years!

7/9/2018

Picture
Hard to believe that we opened our doors (so to speak) just three years ago.  Since that time, we have seen tremendous growth, doubling our project management staff and adding to our amazing team of executive interviewers.  As more clients learn and partner with aQity, we also hired Marie Rice (a former client) to help with business development and senior-level project and relationship management.

As a custom research firm, we are also delighted with the growth of our client relationships and the variety of research solutions we deliver.  We have moved from a primarily quantitative research shop to now being a well-balanced qual and quant firm.  We partner with our clients to determine the best approach to their specific research needs.  Even the design and execution of our ongoing tracking studies are continuously monitored and improved to capture new insights and trends when they emerge to avoid boilerplate findings.

We are very proud of our team, our work, and our partnership with every current and prospective client.  And we look forward to the opportunities that the next three years will bring.

aQity Presents Recreational and Participation Data at IAPD Legislative Conference

4/9/2018

Jeff Andreasen, President of aQity Research, presented preliminary data to member agencies of the Illinois Association of Park Districts at the IAPD’s Legislative Conference on April 25th, in Springfield, IL.

aQity is partnering again with the IAPD to quantify the millions of visitors and program participants across the state who utilize and enjoy the facilities and programs that these agencies offer.  These data include:

  • The number of visits and memberships to specific types of facilities each year (e.g., pools/water parks, recreation and fitness centers, golf courses, facilities for seniors);

  • Program registration across all age groups, including sports, arts, cultural and other opportunities across all age groups (from early childhood through active adults and seniors);

  • The thousands of miles of walking and biking trails offered throughout the state, and of open space acreage for Illinoisans to enjoy;

  • Financial assistance (scholarships, discounts, etc.) to ensure that these opportunities are affordable to all, to give everyone access to these recreation and fitness options.

Data collection will be wrapping up in July, with a full report expected in September, 2018.

aQity Research was approved as a member of this program based on a review our data security and retention protocols.  As a Privacy Shield Program member, we are committed to ensuring that our data transfer processes are transparent, ensure full accountability and purpose limitation, and offer a formal  and independent recourse resolution as an added safeguard.

We are proud to be members of the Privacy Shield Program; the security of our clients' PII and confidential information is something we take very seriously.  For more information on our data security protocols, please see our Statement of Data Privacy on our homepage.

aQity Research Maintains Its Perfect +100 NPS Through 2017

2/7/2018

As researchers, we live/eat/breathe data.  So it only makes sense that we should gather data from our own clients to gauge our performance, understand what they value, and (most importantly) how we can improve.

Our focus has always been to deliver excellent service, insights, and value to every client partnership.  Since our start in 2015, we have retained a +100 Net Promoter Score (NPS*) from our clients. This means that every relationship to date has been very likely to recommend aQity Research to colleagues and peers (based on the 70% response to our client survey).

We are very proud of our work and the value it represents to our clients.  We remain committed to earn every opportunity to deliver the high standards that our existing relationships expect, and new relationships seek.

 * Using a 0-10 “likelihood to recommend scale” (0=Not at all likely; 10=Extremely likely), NPS is the difference between the % who are “Promoters” (giving scores of 9 or 10) minus the % “Detractors (giving scores of 6 or lower).  NPS was developed Bain & Co.
